Over the last few months Debut Marketing has surpassed our expectations. Our site looks significantly more professional and we are getting more calls every week. The Google Ads are doing phenomenal, and their transparency helps me figure out where my money is going.
Be the #1 concrete company in your city.
Marketing built only for concrete contractors. One company per city, prices published, and a number we put in writing.
- Concrete contractors only
- One company per city
- Every price on the site
15 signed jobs in 60 days, or we keep working for free.
Signed contracts, not appointments. Any job value counts. The clock starts the day your campaigns go live.
We know how it feels when…
Everyone selling you marketing has a deck. Almost none of them have stood on a slab at 6am waiting for a truck that is running late.
- The phone goes quiet in October. You had more work than you could handle in July and now you are calling old customers to see if anything needs doing.
- You cannot tell if your marketing is working.Money leaves every month. Somebody sends a report full of impressions. Nobody can tell you how many jobs it produced.
- Every marketer sounds the same.Same promises, same vocabulary, same refusal to say a price until you have sat through two calls.
Three things costing concrete companies work right now
Seasonal swings
Six months of turning work away and six months of chasing it. The fix is selling the shoulder season before it arrives, not advertising harder once it has.
Tire-kicker leads
Price shoppers, wrong-city callers, and homeowners who wanted a number for an insurance claim. Volume is not the problem. Filtering is.
Invisible online
Most concrete searches end in the map pack. If you are not in the top three there, you are not in the running, and the homeowner never learns you exist.
What our clients say
Real quotes, printed the way they were written.
I searched and searched for a true honest team to help me create a new website and SEO service. I'm very grateful to have found Evan. Evan and his team have done phenomenal work and exceeded my expectations. Thanks again for all your help, Evan!
Evan did a great job on our website and offered lots of wonderful advice and tips on how to promote website traffic and improve our business. I would not hesitate to recommend him for all your website needs.
These reviews were left for Debut Marketing, the agency behind Concrete Marketing. We say so rather than quietly attaching them to a newer name.
What that produced
Two clients, two different programs, and the arithmetic behind both.
Three new markets opened, 17× return in 90 days
They had run out of Langley. Two location pages and three Google Business Profiles opened Greater Vancouver, Vernon and Kelowna, with no ad spend at all.
Return in 90 days
New markets
Spent on ads
60% more traffic in the first month
A custom pool builder whose website was the bottleneck. One rebuild, done properly, released demand that was already there.
Traffic, month one
Rebuild
Ad spend
Two ways in, and both prices are on this page
Start with the foundation, or scale with the program. Most contractors need one, not both.

Grow With Us, it’s simple
Book a territory check call
Fifteen minutes. We confirm your city is open and ask two questions about how you handle leads.
Get your growth plan, with your city’s numbers
Not a generic deck. What people in your city search, what it costs, and what it would take to own it.
Pick a date to start onboarding
You know the price before this point. There is nothing left to negotiate.
Somebody in your city is buying the searches you are not.
Every driveway search in your city goes to somebody. Right now it goes to whoever showed up in the map pack, and they get to quote a job you never heard about.
We take one concrete company per city. When a city is claimed it is off the board for as long as that contractor stays, and the next contractor who calls from that city gets told no. That is not a sales tactic, it is the only way the guarantee can be honest.
15 signed jobs in 60 days, or we keep working for free.
Signed and closed contracts, not booked appointments. We put it this way round because appointments are easy to produce and worth nothing to you.
- The 60 days start the day your campaigns go live, not the day you sign.
- No minimum job value. A $2,400 sidewalk repair counts the same as a $28,000 driveway.
- Miss the number and we work another 60 days at no management fee.
- Still short after that and we refund two months of fees. Either of us can walk.
- It is conditional, and the conditions are published in full. You have to answer your leads.
Companies we work with
- One concrete company per city
- Every price published on this site
- Concrete contractors only, nothing else
- Powered by Debut Marketing
Questions contractors actually ask
Do you only work with concrete contractors?
Only. Not landscaping, not roofing, not general contracting. Every campaign we have built, every keyword list we own and every landing page we have tested is for concrete work. That is the entire reason we can quote you a number on the first call instead of going away to "put a proposal together".
How much does it cost?
The Foundation Package is $3,500 one time, less credit for anything you already have, with a floor of $1,200. The 60-Day Booked Jobs Program is $2,500/month plus a minimum $4,000/month ad budget you pay Google directly. Sign the program and the Foundation Package drops to $2,000. Full breakdown on the pricing page.
What does "one concrete company per city" actually mean?
We take one client per city and we do not sell the city twice. If you are in Surrey and you sign, we will not run ads for another Surrey concrete company while you are with us. It is the only way the guarantee is honest, because two clients in one city are bidding against each other with your money.
I already have a website and a logo. Am I paying for those again?
No. That is the point of the credit calculator on the Foundation Package page. Keeping your logo takes $600 off. A website that is genuinely working and staying takes $1,400 off. We only charge you for what we actually build.
What happens if I do not get 15 jobs in 60 days?
We keep working at no management fee for up to 60 more days. If the target is still not met after that, we refund two months of management fees and either of us can walk. The clock starts the day your campaigns go live, not the day you sign, and there is no minimum job value: a $2,400 sidewalk repair counts the same as a $28,000 driveway. The conditions are published in full on the program page.
How fast do you get me going?
The Foundation Package is 21 days start to finish. For the program, build, tracking, landing pages and Google Business Profile work take two to three weeks before campaigns go live. We say this out loud because a lot of agencies start the guarantee clock on signature day and quietly eat three weeks of it.
Your city is either open or it is not.
Fifteen minutes on the phone tells you which, what your market costs, and whether the guarantee math works for the way you run your jobs.
